Bianco I.G.T. Toscana - 100% Trebbiano

Following the experience of the red wine without sulfites (Puro), we again wanted to challenge on the production of a wine white without sulfites. This wine is made from Trebbiano grapes alone, the variety most typical of our area.
The warm summer days, followed by the cool nights, characterize this wine by intense aromas and a very pleasant freshness, crispy taste, with good balance and minerality.
Vineyards: Old vineyards trained in Guyot.
Production: Approx. 1,8 kg of grapes per vine.
Harvest: First half of September.
Vinification: Destemming and soft pressing. Cold racking of the must
and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel.
Maturation: In stainless steel tanks for at least 6 months.
Refinement: About 2 months in the bottle before release.
Ageing capacity: 24 months.
Sensory characteristics: Pale hay-yellow color. Intense and elegant
aromas of citrus with a very pleasant freshness and crispy finish.
Serving suggestion: It pairs well with fresh, seafood and roasted poultry.
Serving temperature: 6-8° C.
